How much leave did you take, and how comfortable were you taking it?
6 weeks “disability” plus personal leave for a total of 3 months leave. I had saved annual leave for years and used every single bit of leave including sick, annual, family, etc.
What was your biggest challenge going back to work?
Paying for daycare, the time away from my child, pumping milk.
