Take more vacations now.

I took a solid two weeks and then worked flexible hours.  I don’t think I had a back-to-work plan.

What, if any, adjustments did you (or your workplace) make to your schedule after having a baby?

Anything I asked for they did.

Who was your biggest source of support in returning to work?

The knowledge that I could make changes to my schedule as needed.

What was your biggest back-to-work, post-baby challenge?

Supporting my wife as much as I can.

As a working parent…

As a working parent, I never expected sleeping would be so hard and laughing would be so much easier!
